Army Transformation Roundtable
The Army in coordination with the Department of Defense and other Services has been assessing, refining and evolving its business approach in compliance with Congressional guidance since 2005. Those efforts have gained momentum over the last 2 years but there is still much to do in maturing the Army’s Business Model. We invite industry, academia and government participants to these forums to learn more about the Army’s Business Model development, and to share insights and ideas on how the approach can be improved in shaping the way ahead, as the Army works toward a mature business enterprise. We look forward to your participation in helping us gain new insights, sharing opportunities to expand our common knowledge on best practices and through these exchanges, better posture the Army to meet the nation’s future needs.
